Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
