Panadrex Pure is a medication containing 500 mg of paracetamol per tablet, commonly used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, and to reduce fever associated with colds and flu. ​

Dosage Guidelines:

• Adults and children aged 16 and over: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours.​

• Children aged 10-15 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.​Children under 10 years: Consult a doctor before use.​
